Issuing of European Pet passports - rabies vaccination, microchipping and blood tests (for entry to UK) and certifying tick/tapeworm treatment.
Preventative medicine such as vaccinations (including health check), nail clipping and thorough physical examination.
Medical conditions, such as ear and eye problems, diarrhoea, vomiting, skin and heart problems – with referral to a clinic if necessary.
Dental checks with descaling and tooth extraction if necessary.
Discussion of behavioural problems with referral to a qualified english animal behaviourist if wished.
Provision of anti-parasitic treatments e.g. worming and flea/tick/lice treatment.
Minor operations- neutering of cats, and castration of small dogs, removal of skin masses, and stitching of wounds.
Provision of veterinary pet food prescription diets.
I am happy to trim beaks and nails of pet birds.
I am insured for vaccinating horses worth up to a value of 2,500€Emergencies
Most major emergencies need urgent attention at a fully equipped veterinary surgery. In order to optimize your pet's circumstances in an emergency it is advisable to contact a veterinary surgery directly. As I do not have a surgery, I have no hospitalisation facilities for sick pets.
